The Duratuf IEC 61111:2009 shockproof rubber mats are made of high-quality elastomer and are thoroughly quality-checked. They come in five classes from IEC class 0 to IEC class 4 with voltage resistance from 1 kV to 36 kV. These non-conductive insulating rubber mats have a textured surface that is easy to clean and has good grip and anti-fatigue properties.

Duratuf ASTM D178 Switchboard Mat: Product Overview
The ASTM D178 switchboard mats are mostly used in North American countries and the USA. If you intend to resell electrical mats in America, this is the mat you should choose. The ASTM D178 switchboard matting rubber is also made of elastomer and slightly thicker than the IEC 61111:2009 electrical mats.
They come in two types- Type I (with only electrical resistance) and Type II (with added UV, Ozone, and oil resistance). The variants available for the ASTM D178 electrical mat standard is Class 0 (1 kV), Class 1 (7.5 kV), Class 2 (17 kV), Class 3 (26 kV) and Class 4 (36 kV).
