XVolt Insulating Mat: Product Details
Duratuf XVolt insulating mat is a dielectric rubber mat with a non-conductive surface. It offers protection from low, medium, and high voltage ranges. The XVolt insulating mat is placed near electrical equipment like switchboards, control panels, transformer units, LT-HT panels, etc. The XVolt mat is type-tested and certified. It can be used across all industries but is more popular in power generation and distribution plants, construction sites, mines, manufacturing units, and automobile facilities.

The XVolt electrical mats are available in black, blue, and red colors in three classes. The class variants are 3.3 kV electrical mat, 11 kV rubber mat, and 33 kV rubber mat. The 3.3 kV electrical mat is class A, it offers electrical protection up to an AC-proof voltage of 10 kV. The 11 kV electrical mat belongs to class B, it offers electrical protection up to AC proof voltage of 45 kV. The 33 kV electrical mat belongs to class C, it offers electrical protection up to AC proof voltage of 65 kV. The thicknesses of these mats are 2 mm, 2.5 mm, and 3 mm.
