Duratuf ASTM D178 switchboard mats are the most compliant options for workplaces and businesses in Colombia. Our ASTM D178 electrical switchboard rubber matting is available in Classes 1, 2, 3, and 4.
You will get these mats in two types- Type I and Type II:
They have a ribbed or textured surface. These corrugated switchboard mats decrease the chances of people slipping and falling. Duratuf IEC 61111:2009 Insulating Mat: Product Overview
Duratuf IEC 61111-compliant electrical mats are globally accepted and adhere to international safety standards. These protective gears have high dielectric strength and protect people from high-voltage accidents like short circuits, arc flashes, and others. They are installed near HT/LT panels, switchboards, control rooms, lift rooms, transformer units, and others.
The IEC 61111 insulating mat has an anti-slip surface texture that prevents physical accidents. These mats come in different classes starting from Class 0 to Class 4. They can withstand voltages ranging from 1 kV to 36 kV. However, their standard thicknesses are between 2 mm to 5 mm.
They come with color-coded product labels. Class 0 (Red), Class 1 (White), Class 2 (Yellow), Class 3 (Green), and Class 4 (Orange). They help easy identification of the mats.
