Duratuf’s IEC 61111:2009 insulated mats for electrical safety are extremely popular in South Korea. These mats are compliant with global safety standards. Therefore, the IEC 61111:2009 insulation mats are approved by the HSE, ILO, and other similar global organizations. Electrical mats are essential for safety while working near high voltage machines. If installed right, the IEC 61111:2009 electrical mat saves workers from shocks, fires etc.
Our IEC 61111 electrical mats come in 5 classes: IEC class 0, IEC class 1, IEC class 2, IEC class 3, and IEC class 4. The working voltages of the mats range between 1 kV to 36 kV. Each IEC 61111:2009 insulation rubber mat has a non-conductive surface. Color-coded and permanent product labels are there on the mats, which will help you with easy identification.

The Duratuf ASTM D178 electrical rubber mat is the other variant of insulation rubber mat that we offer. However, the ASTM D178 electric insulating mat is more popular in North American regions than in other parts of the world. Industrial workers place them near high-voltage equipment like switchboards, control panels, transformer units, HT-LT panels, switchboards, etc.
We have two types of surface designs for these mats: fine ribbed and textured. The bottom surface has a good grip that protects you near greasy regions where there are high chances of falls and slips. The ASTM D178 insulating mats are also resilient to UV, Ozone, and oil. You will get these mats in two types- Type I and Type II.
The thickness of our ASTM D178 insulation mats varies between 3.2 mm and 12.7 mm.
