Duratuf insulating mats, complying with IEC 61111, give standardized protection for operating voltages between 1 kV to 36 kV. They are built with specific thickness ranges of 2 mm to 5 mm. Our IEC 61111 mats are primarily used in substations and/or switch room and live panel access areas where personnel work close to live conductors.

ASTM D178 switchboard mats are manufactured in accordance with ASTM D178 and are used in USA industries. The specification consists of two categories of electrical mats, Type I which provides only base insulation, and Type II, which provides better oil, ozone, and flames. These mats which can be manufactured with thickness ranges of 3.2 mm to 12.7 mm, and are used in electrical rooms industrial to support dielectric performance from 1 kV to 36 kV.
