Duratuf electrical insulating mats are type-tested to IEC 61111:2009 and ASTM D178 across Class 0 to Class 4, with working voltages from 1 kV to 36 kV. The IEC 61111:2009 range is the standard of choice for most UAE industries and infrastructure projects compaines. The ASTM D178 range is available for international projects, oil and gas facilities, and specifications that reference American norms. Both ranges are maintained and supplied from our Dubai warehouse, with in-stock rolls available for fast delivery to any emirate.
The insulating rubber used in our mats is free from any insertion, conforming to IEC 61111:2009 material composition requirements. It is flame retardant, moisture resistant, and rated for working temperatures of -25°C to +55°C , which covers the full range of UAE substation and indoor electrical environments. Technical Specification of Electrical Insulating Mats
Duratuf electrical insulating mats are available in two internationally recognised standards: IEC 61111:2009 for UAE and GCC projects, and ASTM D178 for projects referencing American norms.
