Tested and Certified Electrical Switchboard Mats in the USA

#1 Trusted Electrical Mat Supplier and Exporter Near You

Duratuf Electrical Switchboard Mats: An Overview

Electrical mats are more popular in the USA and North American parts as switchboard mats. Duratuf switchboard mats are compliant with the latest guidelines of the ASTM D178 standard. Our switchboard matting offers protection from electrical accidents like short circuits, arc flashes, current leakage, and others. They are installed in different industries in the USA, including manufacturing, automotive, power, and others.

They have superior insulating properties and do not break down even when exposed to extreme voltages. Made of high-quality elastomers, the electrical matting has superior dielectric strength and durability.

Our ASTM D178 electrical switchboard matting has an anti-skid design. It comes with a ribbed surface texture. As a result, it minimizes the risks of workers slipping and falling due to the lack of friction to the ground. The ASTM D178 switchboard matting also offers comfortable flooring for the workers standing for prolonged hours. Find the detailed specifications below.

We have other variants of insulating mats that comply with different standards like the IEC 61111:2009 and IS 15652:2006.

5 Features of our switchboard mats that make them stand out:

  • Compliance certified: Our switchboard mats are ASTM compliance-certified and completely non-conductive.
  • Type I and Type II: Our ASTM D178 mats have two variants with Ozone, flame, and oil resistance.
  • Anti-fatigue: The smart design of our insulating mats gives comfort to your worker’s feet.
  • Anti-slip: Forget the stress of slips and trips as our mats have an excellent grip.
  • Ribbed design: The fine ribbed design of the switchboard mats makes them aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean.

FAQs: Electrical Insulating Mat

Duratuf offers you guidelines and expert assistance for your installation procedures. To install an insulated ground mat, you should prepare the subfloor. Ensure that it is free from dirt and debris. Align the safety mat properly and cautiously pace it on the ground.
At Duratuf, we focus on shipping and delivery of insulating mats on time. We usually take 3-4 weeks for 0-300 sq. meters. For 300-700 sq. meters, the order processing time is 4-6 weeks, and beyond that, it takes 6-8 weeks, usually.
However, the shipment and delivery can get delayed due to any inconvenience or natural calamities. In such cases, we will keep you posted about your shipment status and focus on delivering the electrical mats as soon as we can.
We keep you posted regarding the shipping details. Regarding any delays, we ensure transparent communication and complete support during your purchase journey. Our efficient tracking systems ensure the optimization of the fastest routes to cater to your order on time
We deliver our insulated ground mat via three different methods, Ex-works, FOB, and CIF.

  • With the Ex-works method, we make arrangements for transportation from our facility. The insulating mats will be ready to be picked up at our location.
  • The Free On Board or FOB option avails the arrangement of transportation to the mentioned port. After that point, the consumer takes shipping responsibilities.
  • Under the CIF terms, we arrange transportation to the mentioned port. We also cover the insurance costs till the destination port. After this point, the consumer takes responsibility for unloading and takes care of additional transportation costs.
Keep your electrical safety mats clean. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals. You should not overload your mats and minimize applying high physical stress. However, conducting regular visual inspections and periodic testing are effective maintenance practices.
Insulating mats offer you protection from electrical hazards. Misplacement of mats can create gaps. If you are in contact with live equipment while standing on the gap, you can get electrocuted. Thus, the installation of the insulating mats should be done carefully.
